Drop zone — document mode
Anchor a finalized file's fingerprint, or re-drop a file to check it against existing anchors. Document mode proves file integrity only — that these exact bytes existed at a point in time. It makes no claim about regulated fields and can never become a return-to-service record; that requires the authoring flow and a certificated signer.
Anchors are held on the local stub provider — recorded, not yet cryptographically anchored on Dual.
